Contact Form: When you contact ND Pilates for a booking, we collect your name, email address, and any message content. We use this strictly to manage your request and manual booking.
Web Hosting (Squarespace): Our website is hosted by Squarespace. They collect technical data (IP addresses, browser type) to ensure site security and performance.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4): We use GA4 to understand website traffic. This data is pseudonymized (IP addresses are masked) and does not identify you personally.
4. International Data Transfers
Our service providers (Squarespace and Google) are located in the United States. Data transferred to the US is protected under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, ensuring a level of protection equivalent to Swiss law.
5. Data Retention
We keep your contact form data only as long as necessary to process your inquiry or manage your ongoing Pilates sessions. If no client relationship is established, your inquiry data is deleted within six months.
6. Your Rights
Under Swiss law, you have the following rights regarding your data:

The right to correct inaccurate data.
The right to delete your data (unless we are legally required to keep it, such as for tax records).

7. Physical Records. For clients attending sessions at our Zurich studio, we maintain physical record cards.
These cards may include your name, contact details, and sensitive personal data such as health history, injuries, and physical limitations.
This data is collected solely to ensure your safety and to provide tailored Pilates instruction.
As a sole practitioner, Nina Haldemann at ND Pilates is the only individual with access to these records.
Records are stored in a locked, secure location in Zurich and are never shared with third parties.
ND Pilates will retain these cards for up to 10 years following your last session for legal and tax purposes, after which they are securely destroyed by shredding.
